The program emphasises audience analysis, visual clarity, and the From-To Think-Do Matrix for objective setting. Suitable for senior leaders and professionals preparing high-stakes presentations.

Presentation Mastery: Strategy, Design & Delivery

Duration: 2–3 days
Focus: Integrated end-to-end presentation capability

This flagship program develops complete presentation competence across strategic thinking, visual design, and executive delivery. Participants work through audience analysis, narrative structure, slide design principles, and delivery techniques including voice, presence, and pressure management. Includes guided rehearsal with facilitator and optional AI-supported feedback.

Presentation Delivery & Executive Presence

Duration: 1 day
Focus: Professional delivery and authentic presence

Using the C.E.C. Model (Composure, Energy, Connection), this workshop strengthens vocal technique, body language, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Participants leave with a personalised delivery plan and a simple rehearsal routine they can apply immediately.

Pitching to Win

Duration: 1–2 days
Focus: Competitive, collaborative team presentations

Designed for project teams and technical groups preparing high‑stakes pitches. The program covers strategic framing, narrative design, team roles, transitions, and effective handling of challenging Q&A. Includes a live pitch simulation with coaching and refinement.

Manager as Coach

Duration: 1–2 days
Focus: Coaching capability for developmental leadership

Managers learn how to move from solving problems for people to developing capability in people. The program includes the GROW model, questioning and listening skills, and strategies for navigating difficult conversations with clarity and empathy. Includes live coaching practice with facilitator feedback.

Influencing Skills

Duration: 2 days
Focus: Structured influence and stakeholder communication

Participants learn how to influence thoughtfully and systematically using four capabilities:

  • Empathy – understanding stakeholder needs
  • Flexibility – adapting communication style
  • Coherence – structuring messages clearly
  • Strategy – planning multi‑step influence approaches

Communication Skills Program
