Pitching to Win

Duration: 1–2 days
Focus: Competitive bid presentations for technical and project teams

Integrates strategic framing, narrative design, team coordination, and adaptive Q&A handling. Teams learn role allocation, seamless handovers, and cohesive delivery under scrutiny. Includes real pitch simulation with facilitator coaching. Designed for architects, engineers, consultants, and bid teams.

Manager as Coach

Duration: 1–2 days
Focus: Coaching capability for developmental leadership

Shifts managers from directive problem-solving to coaching for autonomy and accountability.
